Calgary, May 28th, 2020 – North American Helium Inc. (“NAH” or the “Company”) today announced the Company has closed a non-brokered common share equity financing of approximately $39 million. Construction is underway on Canada’s largest helium purification operation in SW Sask.

Construction on Canada’s largest helium purification operation is underway in southwestern Saskatchewan. Located near Battle Creek, the project is scheduled to be completed in 2021 with construction expected to start  this October.
